Product Lead Times
Certain Denny Products are stocked and ready to ship immediately, others may require 7 to 14 days to ship. When ordering Denny Trim Coil, the lead time is about 7 to 10 days from order submission to product creation. Denny Wholesale Weather Guard 9' x 150' is usually in stock, while other sizes are made to order. Denny Wholesale manufactures these items on demand for resource purposes, as well as reducing environmental impact.
Shipping & Delivery
All Denny Wholesale items ship via various freight and package and delivery services, when an order is placed, we will notify the customer of relevant tracking numbers, or in the case of products with manufacturing lead time, expected ship dates.
Returns, Replacements & Warranty
All Denny Wholesale items are final sale so please be sure that you are ordering the product that you need. All products are guaranteed against defect, please contact us if you have any problem with any items or if they arrive damaged. We work with our customers to document defect or damage and replace these items.

Payment
Denny Wholesale takes payment via Paypal, a secure payment gateway that accepts registered members of Paypal, as well customers who prefer to enter their credit card information without registering with Paypal. You do not to register with Paypal to proceed with secure credit card payment. Denny Wholesale cannot accept, nor process credit card information over the phone or via mail. If you wish to post a check, please print out your order information (please include all mailing and telephone contact information) and send a check payable to:

Viewing Orders
To view your order, please login to your account here: My Account.
Your most recent order will appear under the heading "Recent Orders," if you wish to view older orders navigate to the left side of the accounts page underneath the "My Account" heading, click on the "My Orders" link.
From either view, you can opt to view your order by clicking on the "View Order" link or reorder by clicking on the "Reorder" link.

Updating Account Information
To update your account information, please login to your account here: My Account.
Upon login, you will be able to view your billing & shipping addresses.
To edit your billing or shipping addresses, including the phone numbers associated with these addresses, click on the "edit address" link beneath the respective address.

To add additional ship to addresses for drop shipping, please click on the "Manage Addresses" link above your "Primary Shipping Address." This will allow to you add an additional address by clicking on the "Add New Address" button.
